테스토 서비스 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 작은코드공방(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 테스토(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (서비스 내용)

  • 서비스는 Google Play 비공개 테스트 요건(테스터 12명, 14일 유지)을 개발자들이 서로의 앱을 테스트하며 함께 해결하는 품앗이 커뮤니티입니다.
  • 모든 이용자는 자신의 앱을 등록할 수도, 다른 이용자의 앱을 테스트할 수도 있습니다.
  • 서비스는 무료이며, 광고 수익으로 운영됩니다. 이용자에게 금전을 받거나 지급하지 않습니다.

제3조 (가입)

  • Google 계정으로 가입하며, 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다.
  • 한 사람은 하나의 계정만 사용할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (크레딧)

  • 가입 시 크레딧 12개를 무상으로 지급합니다.
  • 다른 이용자의 앱 테스트를 완주(시작 인증, 14일 유지, 최종 인증과 후기 제출)하면 크레딧 1개가 적립됩니다.
  • 리워드 광고를 끝까지 시청하면 24시간에 한 번 크레딧 2개가 적립됩니다.
  • 앱 1개를 등록하면 크레딧 12개가 예치됩니다. 테스트를 취소하거나 모집이 끝나면 채워지지 않은 자리만큼 환불됩니다.
  • 크레딧은 앱 등록 시 예치하는 경우 외에는 차감되지 않습니다. 시작 인증 후 테스트를 중도 포기하거나 인증 기한(시작 인증은 테스트 시작일과 Play Console 등록 시점 중 늦은 때부터 2일, 최종 인증은 테스트 종료 후 2일)을 넘기면 완주하지 못한 것으로 처리되어 티어 완주율에 반영됩니다.
  • 크레딧은 서비스 안에서만 쓰는 이용권이며 현금 가치가 없습니다. 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 계정에 넘길 수 없습니다.
  • 회사는 서비스 운영상 필요하면 크레딧 지급·사용 기준을 바꿀 수 있으며, 이 경우 제10조에 따라 미리 알립니다.

제5조 (앱 등록자의 의무)

  • 정확한 앱 정보(앱 이름, 패키지명, 테스트 초대 링크)를 제공해야 합니다.
  • 참여한 테스터를 Google Play Console에 등록하거나, 누구나 가입할 수 있는 Google 그룹을 제공해야 합니다.
  • 테스터의 이메일 주소는 Play Console 테스터 등록에만 사용해야 하며, 광고·연락 등 다른 목적으로 사용하거나 외부에 제공해서는 안 됩니다.
  • 등록한 앱은 관련 법령과 Google Play 정책을 지켜야 합니다. 악성 코드, 불법 콘텐츠, 개인정보를 부당하게 수집하는 앱은 등록할 수 없습니다.

제6조 (테스터의 의무)

  • 실제 기기에 앱을 설치하고 14일 동안 유지해야 합니다.
  • 인증샷은 실제로 앱이 설치된 화면을 촬영해 제출해야 합니다.
  • 후기는 실제 사용 경험을 바탕으로 작성해야 합니다.

제7조 (금지 행위)

다음 행위는 금지되며, 적발 시 크레딧 회수, 등록 앱 삭제, 계정 정지 등 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

  • 여러 계정을 만들거나 한 사람이 여러 계정으로 테스트에 참여하는 행위
  • 허위 또는 조작된 인증샷 제출, 설치하지 않고 설치한 것처럼 꾸미는 행위
  • 크레딧을 거래하거나 금전을 대가로 테스트를 주고받는 행위
  • 다른 이용자의 개인정보를 목적 외로 사용하는 행위
  • 타인의 계정을 도용하거나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위

제8조 (서비스의 한계)

  • 서비스는 이용자 간 상호 테스트를 연결할 뿐이며, 등록한 앱에 테스터 12명이 모이는 것이나 모이는 기간을 보장하지 않습니다.
  • Google Play의 비공개 테스트 통과, 프로덕션 출시 승인 여부는 Google이 결정하며, 회사는 이를 보장하지 않습니다.
  • 회사는 이용자가 등록한 앱과 이용자 사이의 분쟁에 개입할 의무가 없습니다. 다만 신고가 접수되면 확인 후 필요한 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (탈퇴 및 이용 제한)

  • 이용자는 앱의 계정 설정에서 언제든지 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴하면 남은 크레딧은 소멸합니다.
  • 회사는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반하면 사전 통지 후 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 다만 다른 이용자에게 피해가 우려되는 경우 즉시 제한할 수 있습니다.

제10조 (약관 변경)

회사는 약관을 변경할 때 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 앱 공지 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다.

제11조 (면책)

회사는 천재지변, 외부 서비스(Google, 통신사 등)의 장애 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 서비스를 제공하지 못한 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 예외로 합니다.

제12조 (준거법 및 관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁이 생기면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Testo Terms of Service

Effective date: October 23, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions for using Testo (the "Service"), provided by MINI CODE STUDIO ("we", "us"), and the rights and obligations of us and our users.

2. The Service

  • Testo is a co-op community where developers meet Google Play's closed testing requirement (12 testers for 14 days) by testing each other's apps.
  • Every user can both register their own apps and test other users' apps.
  • The Service is free and funded by ads. We do not take money from or pay money to users.

3. Sign-up

  • You sign up with a Google account. You must be at least 14 years old.
  • Each person may use only one account.

4. Credits

  • You receive 12 credits for free when you sign up.
  • You earn 1 credit for each test of another user's app you complete (start screenshot, 14 days installed, final screenshot and feedback).
  • You earn 2 credits for watching a rewarded ad to the end, once every 24 hours.
  • Registering one app places 12 credits in escrow. If you cancel the test or recruiting ends, credits for unfilled slots are refunded.
  • Credits are never deducted except when placed in escrow to register an app. If you quit a test after the start screenshot or miss a verification deadline (start: 2 days from the test start date or from when you are added in Play Console, whichever is later; final: 2 days after the test ends), the test counts as not completed and affects your tier completion rate.
  • Credits can only be used within the Service and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
  • We may change how credits are granted or used when needed to run the Service, with notice under Section 10.

5. Obligations of App Owners

  • Provide accurate app information (app name, package name, testing invite link).
  • Add testers who join to Google Play Console, or provide a Google Group that anyone can join.
  • Use testers' email addresses only to add them in Play Console. Do not use them for marketing or contact, or share them with anyone else.
  • Your app must comply with applicable laws and Google Play policies. Apps with malware, illegal content, or improper data collection may not be registered.

6. Obligations of Testers

  • Install the app on a real device and keep it installed for 14 days.
  • Screenshots must show the app actually installed on your device.
  • Feedback must reflect your actual experience.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited. Violations may lead to credit removal, deletion of registered apps, or account suspension.

  • Creating multiple accounts, or one person joining tests with several accounts
  • Submitting fake or edited screenshots, or pretending to install an app without doing so
  • Trading credits, or exchanging tests for money
  • Using other users' personal information for any purpose other than testing
  • Using another person's account, or interfering with the Service

8. Limits of the Service

  • The Service only connects users who test each other's apps. We do not guarantee that your app will reach 12 testers, or how long it will take.
  • Google decides whether your app passes closed testing and is approved for production. We do not guarantee this outcome.
  • We are not obliged to resolve disputes between users over registered apps. When we receive a report, we may review it and take appropriate action.

9. Account Deletion and Restrictions

  • You may delete your account at any time in the app's account settings. Remaining credits are forfeited.
  • If you violate these Terms, we may restrict your use after notice, or immediately if other users may be harmed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We will announce changes in the app or on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes unfavorable to users.

11. Disclaimer

We are not liable for failure to provide the Service due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters or outages of third-party services (Google, carriers, etc.), except for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
