테스토 개인정보처리방침

작은코드공방(이하 "회사")은 테스토(이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 왜 수집하고, 누구와 공유하며, 어떻게 보호하는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

Google 로그인 시

• 이메일 주소, 이름(닉네임), 프로필 사진
• Firebase 사용자 식별자

서비스 이용 중 자동 수집

• 기기 모델명, 앱 버전, 기기 언어 설정, 국가 코드(기기 언어 기준 자동 설정)
• 푸시 알림 토큰(FCM)
• 로그인 기록(일시)
• 앱 사용 통계(Firebase Analytics)
• 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, Google AdMob 광고 제공 목적)

이용자가 직접 제공하는 정보

• 프로필 사진(앱에서 직접 바꾼 경우 올린 이미지)
• 등록한 앱 정보(앱 이름, 패키지명, 테스트 초대 링크, Google 그룹 링크, 안내사항)
• 테스트 인증샷 이미지와 후기
• 고객 문의 내용

서비스 이용 기록

• 테스트 참여 내역, 인증 현황, 크레딧 적립·사용 내역, 테스터 등급

서비스는 결제 정보, 계좌 정보, 실명, 연락처, 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

• 회원 식별 및 계정 관리
• 앱 등록, 테스트 참여, 인증샷 검증 등 품앗이 서비스 제공
• 크레딧 적립·차감 및 부정 이용 방지
• 푸시 알림 및 서비스 관련 이메일 발송
• 광고 제공(무료 서비스 운영 재원)
• 서비스 개선 및 통계 분석
• 고객 문의 응대

3. 다른 이용자에게 공개되는 정보

테스토는 개발자끼리 서로의 앱을 테스트하는 서비스이므로, 아래 정보가 관련 이용자에게 보입니다.

• 내가 참여한 앱의 등록자에게: 이메일 주소(Google Play Console 테스터 등록용), 닉네임, 프로필 사진, 인증샷, 후기
• 내 앱에 참여한 테스터에게: 닉네임, 등록한 앱 정보

이메일 주소는 테스터를 Play Console에 등록하는 목적으로만 공개되며, 다른 용도로 쓰는 것은 이용약관에서 금지합니다.

4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다. 일부 업체는 국외에 서버를 두고 있으며, 서비스 이용 시점에 네트워크를 통해 전송됩니다.

• Google LLC (미국): Firebase 인증, 푸시 알림(FCM), 앱 사용 통계(Firebase Analytics) / 이전 항목: 이메일, 이름, 프로필 사진, 기기 정보, 푸시 토큰, 사용 통계
• Google LLC (미국): AdMob 광고 제공 / 이전 항목: 광고 식별자, 기기 정보
• Resend, Inc. (미국): 서비스 알림 이메일 발송 / 이전 항목: 이메일 주소, 닉네임

보유 기간은 각 업체의 정책 또는 위탁 계약 종료 시까지입니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 회원 탈퇴로 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

서비스 데이터와 인증샷 이미지는 회사가 국내에서 직접 운영하는 서버에 저장합니다.

5. 보유 및 파기

• 회원 탈퇴 시 계정은 즉시 비활성화되고 푸시 알림 토큰은 바로 삭제됩니다.
• 탈퇴한 계정의 이메일, 닉네임, 프로필 사진, 인증샷 등은 부정 이용 방지와 분쟁 대응을 위해 보관되며, 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청하면 10영업일 이내에 파기합니다.
• 테스트 참여·크레딧 기록은 다른 이용자의 테스트 현황과 연결되어 있어, 파기 시 이용자를 식별할 수 없는 형태로 남을 수 있습니다.
• 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

6. 광고 식별자

서비스는 무료로 제공되며, Google AdMob 광고(하단 배너, 리워드 광고)를 표시합니다. 이용자는 기기 설정 > Google > 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제해 맞춤 광고를 거부할 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만은 가입할 수 없습니다.

8. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.

• 닉네임·프로필 사진 수정: 앱 > 프로필
• 회원 탈퇴: 앱 > 프로필 > 계정 설정
• 그 밖의 요청: 아래 이메일로 접수하면 10영업일 이내에 처리합니다.

9. 안전성 확보 조치

• 서버 통신 구간 암호화(HTTPS)
• 인증 토큰 기반 접근 통제, 관리자 접근 권한 최소화
• 인증샷 등 업로드 파일의 접근 경로 제한

Testo Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

MINI CODE STUDIO ("we", "us") operates Testo (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, who we share it with, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google

• Email address, name (nickname), profile photo
• Firebase user identifier

Collected automatically

• Device model, app version, device language, country code (set automatically from device language)
• Push notification token (FCM)
• Sign-in history (timestamps)
• App usage analytics (Firebase Analytics)
• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, used by Google AdMob to serve ads)

Information you provide

• Profile photo (the image you upload if you change it in the app)
• Apps you register (app name, package name, testing invite link, Google Group link, instructions)
• Test screenshots and feedback
• Support inquiries

Service activity

• Test participation history, verification status, credit transactions, tester grade

We do not collect payment information, bank account details, legal name, phone number, or location.

2. How We Use Information

• Identifying members and managing accounts
• Providing the co-op service: registering apps, joining tests, verifying screenshots
• Granting and deducting credits, and preventing abuse
• Sending push notifications and service emails
• Showing ads, which fund the free service
• Improving the Service and analyzing usage
• Responding to support requests

3. Information Visible to Other Users

Testo is a service where developers test each other's apps, so some information is shown to the users involved.

• To the owner of an app you join: your email address (to add you as a tester in Google Play Console), nickname, profile photo, screenshots, and feedback
• To testers who join your app: your nickname and the app information you registered

Email addresses are shown only for adding testers in Play Console. Our Terms of Service prohibit using them for anything else.

4. Service Providers and International Transfers

We use the following providers to run the Service. Some store data outside Korea, and data is transferred over the network when you use the Service.

• Google LLC (USA): Firebase Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics / Data: email, name, profile photo, device info, push token, usage data
• Google LLC (USA): AdMob advertising / Data: advertising ID, device info
• Resend, Inc. (USA): service notification emails / Data: email address, nickname

Each provider keeps data according to its own policy or until our agreement ends. You can refuse international transfer by deleting your account, but you will then be unable to use the Service.

Service data and screenshots are stored on servers we operate ourselves in Korea.

5. Retention and Deletion

• When you delete your account, it is deactivated immediately and your push notification token is deleted right away.
• The email, nickname, profile photo, screenshots, and other data of deleted accounts are kept to prevent abuse and handle disputes. If you email us a deletion request, we delete them within 10 business days.
• Test participation and credit records are linked to other users' test progress, so after deletion they may remain in a form that cannot identify you.
• Where the law requires us to keep records, we keep them for the required period.

6. Advertising ID

The Service is free and shows Google AdMob ads (a bottom banner and rewarded ads). You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings under Google > Ads to opt out of personalized ads.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 14, and children under 14 may not sign up.

8. Your Rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal information at any time.

• Edit nickname or profile photo: App > Profile
• Delete account: App > Profile > Account settings
• Other requests: email us at the address below. We respond within 10 business days.

9. Security

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Token-based access control and minimal administrator access
• Restricted access paths for uploaded files such as screenshots
