먹하루(MealLog) 계정 삭제 안내
먹하루(MealLog) 개발자 작은코드공방(MiniCodeStudio)이 운영하는 계정 삭제 안내입니다.
앱에서 직접 삭제하기
- 앱에서 설정 화면으로 이동합니다.
- 회원탈퇴를 누르고 안내에 따라 확인합니다.
- 확인 즉시 계정과 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
이메일로 삭제 요청하기
앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 가입한 이메일 주소로 minicodestudio@gmail.com 에 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 이내에 처리합니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보(이메일, 닉네임, 비밀번호 해시)
- 식사 사진과 식사 기록, AI 분석 결과
- 댓글, 반응, 크루 참여 정보
- 푸시 알림 토큰
보관되는 데이터
- 별도로 보관하는 데이터는 없습니다. 다만 프리미엄 구독의 결제 기록은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 가 각 스토어 정책에 따라 보관합니다.
- 계정을 삭제해도 프리미엄 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 스토어 계정 설정에서 먼저 해지해 주세요.
MealLog Account Deletion
This page is provided by MiniCodeStudio, the developer of MealLog (먹하루).
Delete in the app
- Open the Settings screen in the app.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Your account and all of your data are deleted immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you can't use the app, email minicodestudio@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We will process the request within 7 days after verifying your identity.
Data that is deleted
- Account information (email, nickname, password hash)
- Meal photos, meal logs and AI analysis results
- Comments, reactions and crew memberships
- Push notification tokens
Data that is kept
- We don't keep any of your data. Payment records for Premium subscriptions are kept by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own policies.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Please cancel it in your store account settings first.
