개인정보처리방침

minicodestudio(이하 '운영자')는 안쓴날(이하 '서비스') 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 운영자가 어떤 개인정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하고, 어떻게 보호하는지 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법

가. 계정 정보 (회원가입·로그인 시)

  • 공통: 이메일 주소, 닉네임
  • Google 로그인 시: Google 계정 식별자(ID)
  • Apple 로그인 시: Apple 사용자 식별자(ID), 이메일 주소(Apple '나의 이메일 가리기'를 선택한 경우 Apple이 제공하는 중계 이메일 주소일 수 있음)

나. 설정 정보

  • 시간대(기기에서 자동 설정), 통화

다. 이용자가 직접 입력하는 정보

  • 지출 기록: 날짜, 금액, 통화, 카테고리, 메모(선택)
  • 한 줄 일기: 내용, 감정 태그(선택)
  • 크루: 크루 이름, 크루 가입 정보

라. 기기 및 인증 관련 정보

  • 푸시 알림용 Expo 푸시 토큰 및 기본 기기 정보
  • 로그인 유지를 위한 리프레시 토큰(해시 처리하여 저장)

마. 앱 이용 통계 정보 (Firebase Analytics)

  • 본 화면, 앱 실행·사용 시간, 기능 사용 기록(예: 지출 추가 시 카테고리, 로그인 방식, 크루 만들기·참여·공유)
  • 기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 버전, 언어, 대략적인 지역 등 기본 기기 정보와 Firebase가 부여하는 앱 인스턴스 식별자
  • 지출 금액, 메모, 일기 내용, 이메일, 닉네임, 계정 ID는 보내지 않으며, 광고 식별자(IDFA)도 수집하지 않습니다.

바. 광고 관련 정보 (Google AdMob)

  • 앱 화면 하단 배너와 일부 전면 광고를 Google AdMob으로 보여 줍니다. 이 과정에서 Google이 기기 정보(모델, OS 버전, 언어 등), 앱 내 기기 식별자(IDFV 등), IP 주소 기반의 대략적인 위치, 광고 노출·클릭 기록을 수집할 수 있습니다.
  • 앱은 추적 허용을 요청하지 않으며, 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 수집하지 않습니다.
  • Google의 데이터 이용 방식: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

사. 이메일 인증 정보

  • 이메일 주소, 일회용 인증 코드(해시 처리하여 저장), 발급·사용 시각
  • 인증 코드는 발급 후 10분이 지나면 만료됩니다.

수집 방법: 앱에서 이용자가 직접 입력하거나, 이용자가 선택한 로그인 수단(Google, Apple)으로부터 제공받거나, 앱 이용 과정에서 기기로부터 자동으로 생성·수집됩니다.

2. 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적

  • 회원 식별 및 로그인: 계정 정보, 이메일 인증 정보, 리프레시 토큰
  • 서비스 제공: 지출·일기 기록의 저장과 조회, 캘린더·월간 통계, 크루 피드와 랭킹 제공
  • 하루 기준 및 금액 표시: 시간대(하루의 시작과 끝, 알림 시각 결정), 통화(금액 표시)
  • 알림 발송: 매일 저녁 기록 알림을 보내기 위한 푸시 토큰 및 기기 정보
  • 서비스 개선: 앱 이용 통계 정보(어떤 화면·기능이 많이 쓰이는지 파악)
  • 광고 게재: 광고 관련 정보(1-바 참고)로 무료 서비스 운영을 위한 광고 표시 및 광고 성과 측정

운영자는 위 목적 외의 용도로 개인정보를 이용하지 않습니다. 지출 기록, 메모, 일기 내용, 이메일, 닉네임 등 이용자가 입력한 정보는 광고에 사용하거나 광고 업체에 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

  • 개인정보는 이용자가 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보유·이용합니다.
  • 이메일 인증 코드는 발급 후 10분이 지나면 만료됩니다.

4. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

  • 이용자는 앱 안에서 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
  • 계정을 삭제하면 계정 정보와 이에 연결된 모든 데이터(지출 기록, 한 줄 일기, 크루 가입 정보, 토큰 등)가 즉시 삭제됩니다.
  • 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.

5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

서비스 내 공개 범위(크루): 이용자가 크루에 참여하면, 같은 크루원에게 다음 정보가 표시됩니다.

  • 닉네임
  • 해당 날짜의 지출 여부 및 지출 금액
  • 한 줄 일기 내용 및 감정 태그
  • 랭킹 통계(무지출 날 수 등)

지출 메모는 크루원을 포함한 누구에게도 공유되지 않습니다.

6. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 외부 서비스 이용

운영자는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 외부 서비스를 이용합니다.

  • Google — Google 로그인
  • Google (Gmail SMTP) — 이메일 인증 코드 발송
  • Apple — Apple로 로그인, 푸시 알림 전달(APNs)
  • Expo — 푸시 알림 전달 서비스
  • Google (Firebase Analytics) — 앱 이용 통계
  • Google (AdMob) — 광고 게재 및 측정

위 업체들은 해외에 소재한 기업으로, 해당 업무 처리 과정에서 개인정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

환율 정보는 frankfurter.dev에서 받아오며, 이 과정에서 개인정보는 전송되지 않습니다.

7. 개인정보의 저장 위치

개인정보는 운영자가 직접 운영하는 서버(자체 호스팅)에 저장됩니다.

8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

  • 일회용 인증 코드와 리프레시 토큰은 원문이 아닌 해시 값으로 저장합니다.
  • 비밀번호를 사용하지 않는 로그인 방식(이메일 인증 코드, Google, Apple)을 사용합니다.

9. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

  • 이용자는 앱의 설정 화면에서 닉네임, 통화, 시간대를 확인하고 수정할 수 있습니다.
  • 이용자는 앱 안에서 언제든지 계정을 삭제하여 개인정보의 처리 중단 및 파기를 요청할 수 있습니다.
  • 그 밖의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지 요청은 아래 문의처로 연락해 주시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

10. 광고 및 행태정보

서비스는 무료 운영을 위해 Google AdMob 광고(하단 배너, 일부 전면 광고)를 보여 줍니다. 광고 게재를 위해 Google이 수집하는 정보는 1-바를 참고해 주세요. 앱은 추적 허용을 요청하지 않으며 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 수집하지 않습니다. Firebase Analytics로 수집하는 앱 이용 통계(1-마 참고)는 계정과 연결하거나 광고에 사용하지 않으며, 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

11. 만 14세 미만 아동

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

minicodestudio ("we", "us") operates Dear Wallet (안쓴날) (the "App"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. Information We Collect

Account information (when you sign up or sign in)

  • Email address and nickname
  • If you sign in with Google: your Google account ID
  • If you sign in with Apple: your Apple user ID and email address (which may be an Apple "Hide My Email" relay address)

Settings

  • Time zone (set automatically from your device) and currency

Content you enter

  • Expenses: date, amount, currency, category, and an optional memo
  • Daily journal: your note and an optional emotion tag
  • Crews: crew name and membership

Device and session information

  • Expo push token and basic device information, for reminders
  • Refresh tokens, stored hashed, to keep you signed in

Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)

  • Screens viewed, app opens and time in app, and feature use (for example the category of an added expense, the sign-in method, creating, joining or sharing a crew)
  • Basic device information such as device model, OS version, app version, language and approximate region, plus an app-instance identifier assigned by Firebase
  • We never send expense amounts, memos, journal text, your email, nickname or account ID, and we do not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA).

Advertising information (Google AdMob)

  • The App shows a bottom banner and occasional full-screen ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device information (model, OS version, language), in-app device identifiers (such as IDFV), approximate location based on IP address, and ad impressions and clicks.
  • The App does not ask for tracking permission and does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA).

Email verification

  • Email address, a hashed one-time code, and timestamps. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Sign-in and account identification: account information, email verification data, refresh tokens
  • Providing the App: saving and showing your expenses and journal, calendar and monthly stats, crew feed and rankings
  • Day boundaries and display: your time zone decides when "a day" starts and ends and when reminders are sent; your currency is used to display amounts
  • Reminders: your push token and device information are used to send the daily reminder
  • Improving the App: usage statistics show which screens and features are used
  • Showing ads: advertising information (see above) is used to show ads that keep the App free and to measure them

We never use what you enter — expenses, memos, journal text, your email or nickname — for advertising, and we never share it with ad providers.

3. What Your Crew Can See

If you join a crew, other members of that crew can see:

  • Your nickname
  • Whether you spent on a given day, and how much
  • Your journal note and emotion tag
  • Your ranking stats (such as number of no-spend days)

Your expense memos are never shared with anyone, including your crew.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law. We use the following services to run the App:

  • Google — Google sign-in
  • Google (Gmail SMTP) — Sending verification-code emails
  • Apple — Sign in with Apple; push notification delivery (APNs)
  • Expo — Push notification delivery
  • Google (Firebase Analytics) — App usage statistics
  • Google (AdMob) — Showing and measuring ads

These providers may process information outside your country.

Exchange rates are fetched from frankfurter.dev; no personal information is sent in that request.

5. Storage and Security

Your data is stored on a server operated by us (self-hosted). One-time codes and refresh tokens are stored as hashes, not in plain text, and the App uses passwordless sign-in.

6. Retention and Deletion

We keep your information until you delete your account. You can delete your account in the App at any time. When you do, your account and all associated data — expenses, journals, crew memberships, and tokens — are deleted immediately.

7. Your Rights

  • View and edit your nickname, currency, and time zone in Settings.
  • Delete your account and all your data in the App.
  • For any other request (access, correction, deletion, or restriction), contact us below.

8. Advertising

The App shows Google AdMob ads (a bottom banner and occasional full-screen ads) to stay free. See Information We Collect for what Google may collect. The App does not ask for tracking permission and does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA). Usage statistics from Firebase Analytics are not linked to your account or used for advertising, and we never sell your data.

9. Children

The App is not intended for children under 14.
